Anchor & Dan is a restaurant, bar and gathering space for people to reconnect and reunite – all in a beautiful setting where food and drink are flowing.

Anchor & Den’s chic music scene is one of the best on Grand Cayman. On any given Thursday, Friday or Saturday, you’ll be able to enjoy the sweet sounds of the Caribbean while dining on eclectic cuisine and soaking up the scenery.

Mercat: Nit de Tapes

Head to Anchor & Den on Thursdays for the transformation of the eatery into Mercat: Nit de Tapes from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m., a weekly event where Spanish flavors and Latin music set the tone for an incredible evening.

Boogie Down

On Fridays at Anchor & Den, from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m, it’s time to Boogie Down. Happy Hour drinks set the stage for tunes from Khy Boogie, who serves up new and vintage music. Anchor & Den’s crew, as always, pours the best cocktails and dishes up memorable food. The ambiance and lounge at Anchor & Den are arguably the nicest on our island.

Anchor & Den was inspired by a ship to shore concept that embraces the themes of adventure, craftsmanship, openness and a love of the islands. The goal when creating the restaurant was to capture the casual and relaxing seaside atmosphere that island residents and visitors love. This was done perfectly at Anchor & Den through use of nautical design elements and neutral textures.

All of the food at Anchor & Den is gourmet and homemade. The menu is internationally driven and the sensory experiences were intentionally created to showcase Grand Cayman’s diversity.

Anchor & Den’s beverage program is modeled after an apothecary where elixirs and other magical ingredients come together to produce holistic drinks and cocktails. Mixologists use homemade syrups, dehydrated fruits, and infused waters to craft unique and special botanical blends.
